    how often do you incorpate this into to your training routie then pal? just starting to do a bit of strongman training after 8yrs of bodybuilding it stared getting a bit boring and repetitive. started log pressing alot more dealifting squats and militry press but really like the look of this excersie? any advice because it looks like your the man for it!

  • @Adamellamia nowadays i do a short set of 24kg one arm jerk once or twice a week. you might like to check out "StrongSport" which is something the AKC came up with, basically a 4min set with one hand change of one arm jerk and one arm clean (known as biathlon) or one arm long cycle. you use weights from 32kg up to 48kg. the ranks are listed at worldkettlebellclub com then click on Ranks. have fun!
