None of the above. It's a simple black bed sheet. I used the exposure controls in After Effects to blacken it out even further.

Well, it's the DP-4073 from Radio Shack. I honestly don't know if they carry it anymore, but that would be a good place to start. A similar piano would be a Casio Privia.
