this music(all of it) is kick-ass! I wish somebody wouuld post some of the incidental tracks. I'd like to hear them. Especially from "Challenge" as well as this season. The circa 1977 had some odd scooby doo tracks but that was pretty good music too.

@MezTZO every bad guy or monster that appeared in the opening appeared in episodes....the dracula like villain was malhallak, appearing in the troll episode (gleek's dream). The genie was in the arabian knights episode

When is Warner Bros. finally going to release THIS SEASON? I love Luthor Stricks Back and The Arthur 7 Space Knights episode. The one with the evil trolls scared me when I was 8. I thought it was kinda violent.

I agree completely with you, kchishol1970. I remember and enjoyed this opening sequence very much. I'm 30 now, and it takes me back to early to mid-80's syndicated TV as well as 90's reruns from Cartoon Network. :)

I'm in the minority here, but I've always enjoyed this title sequence of the Super Friends.

I like how it establishes a genuinely unsettling series of menaces and then has the superheroes launch at full speed to take them on with a rousing version of the traditional theme music.
