this guy doesnt know what hes talking bout. first you should have your feet the same distance apart as your bat is long. Second hes putting his weight forward, you should be balanced. hes dropping his hands and has no power watsoever and his arms are extended at contact, all of this put together will give you great hits in soft toss but will hurt you in the game.

That was ugly, you will never beable to hit a 90 mph fastball with that round house swing. And the stride should be 60% of the batters hieght. Also your hads separate from your shoulders at stride and your load stays inside your back ankle. Hands inside the baseball and you should never open your front side to hit the baseball.
