I spent so many hours its ridiculous. Hilariously since i knew what happened to Julian I used to call him something like 'Bollocks' or 'ShitArse' and didn't level him at all. I'd be FUCKED if I ended up getting a port of 2 and 3 hahaha. Still, funny at the time. 'he's fallen off the cliff! OH BOLLOCKS!' ... Righteous.
@TearTheRoofOff if you have a copy of SF3 scenario 2 and 3 then go to sf3trans(.)shiningforcecentral(.)com trust me you are going to be really really happy about it .... remove the () around the .
Theres a ongoing translation project with Scenario 2 and 3 at this website called ShiningForceCentral. If you have the import versions of the discs, you can apply their translation patches to create patched disc images which you can play on a Saturn emulator (I recommend SSF) or burn onto a disc and play on a import/modded Saturn. Scenario is 90% complete and they just finished Chapter 1 for Scenario 3. All endgame saves from the US version of Scenario 1 can be used on Scenario 2 or 3 =D

i appreciate finally being able to see spiriel/spirited in action for the first time, but what happened to her "twisted imperial spear of death" move??? she didn't hesitate to use that against synbios in scn1... :(
She still uses it as a playable character. She's very strong, but she happened to not use it during this recorded fight. Her Death Drive replaces Air Dance for the 3rd tier special attacks with a Halberd class weapon.
I'm still waiting for Camelot Software to come out of nowhere with a Shining Force 3 port announcement. It would seriously make my day, and it'd have a much higher chance of being localized in this era of gaming than it did 10 years ago.

You were plagued by an unfortunate lack of special attacks, and even the ones used by your characters were their moe weaker ones. Although the final "Gigantua press" from Thousand was hilarious
to me the first and second will all ways be the best well mostly because i havent play this one yet so yea lol xD

Its Awesome, to get her you must not kill her in Scenario 1, and just kill Basanda instead
cuz Spiriel is free from Basanda's control.
