  • This provides new more technological jobs which are less labor intensive.

  • Vorsprung Durch Technik

  • Yea but it still doesn't create convo with customers or ensure good food quality right then n there so its useless lol

  • LifeTable MultiTouch for Bars and Restaurants solves more year 2011 needs....check our video if you want to learn more.

  • i smell robbery

  • the man below me is a genius...

    u scans now this???

this is not good takes peoples jobs.

    fuck technology, its evil.

  • Another machine to create UNEMPLOYMENT...

  • It's great. I was there last Sunday. It's brilliant!!!

I hope my english is OK (I'm German).

  • Sexy Asian women **busizz4me.info**

  • I think this is amazing, actually. I am a Full-time waiter and I do not feel threatened whatsoever. Some may think this will destroy the serving jobs in the world but I think it will only improve its worth. I don't think many people would prefer this over formal service. I know this for a fact that many people generally dine to be waited on by someone as opposed to cooking a meal. However, Kudos to this new technology.

  • @MrAnthonyFeor You nailed it there, its about the service vs the food (though the food, too). The free market response to inefficient restaurants is automation, and the response to a lack of service is a restaurant where 3 waiters serve you at the same time for uber service.

  • @martydrooo I never understood why restaurants do that. Why have three servers serve you at once? Where's the personal touch in that? I prefer one waiter at a time. But that's just me.

  • @MrAnthonyFeor I guess I just mean stellar service, I agree that 3 waiters may not be ideal but I guess I said "3 waiters" to try and emphasize the level of service the restaurants would provide. Perhaps, waiters would only serve a few tables instead of a bunch, in order to provide better service.

  • daanng it, i had this idea, knew it was too good for me to be the first >:(

  • @TheKitkat132 Why do you want a job? Especially one that does nothing but place you in a position of servitude? Wouldn't you rather be doing what you really want to be doing? Regardless of what that is? That slave mentality has you locked in I see.

  • Hey "Sliding Rail"....Can I get another Beer......(oh wait a second) you are a sliding rail made out of metal and cant talk...Hey metal rail, my soup is not hot enough...Oh wait a second, you are metal...and cannot talk....Thanks for the great service metal rail...should I tip you in Iron?

  • hi tech?!? Its pretty poor for german engineering, a plastic tube that slides down a rail, why not have wheels with bearings and some kinda of friction speed limiter.

  • I would hardly say this is HIGH TECH. This is just a gimmick. What's so high tech about a few ramps? Japan has been using conveyor sushi for years. Way more efficient than ramps...which get stuck sometime.

  • yeah right, and milion of people will lose thier jobs. idiot

  • if everything is automated there won't be the need for jobs.

  • @9000pooper

People need a job, because they need money, people need a job so they can provide for them selves and they're family. We are all Wage Slaves.

I'm talking about Sharing the world's resources with all the earth's inhabitants, without having some price tag on something. It's not that hard to share.

It's not that hard to empower and free people from the hard labor jobs.

Especially if Free energy, Food, water, and housing was available to people, then they're lives would change.

  • why can't we just make everything automated and get rid of money and profit, then our civilization would really grow big time, and become much easier to live, this is just one example of phasing out old jobs that are not needed anymore. Soon everyone's job will be phased out, Doesn't it make sense to just get rid of the old monetary system?

  • @bigsteelguy sounds like a utopian description. utopia will never exist.

  • @wdotyentertainment

Isn't the reason why we are here on planet Earth is to create a paradise type reality? Aren't we suppose to be bettering our society instead of staying in the old mindset of fighting, conflicting with one another, hate, destruction, greed, materialism and so forth?

Then again it doesn't matter the old monetary system is collapsing and millions of people should know this by now.

Either we Evolve and change the System or we Suffer with Pain and Fear.

  • @bigsteelguy because if everything was automated then no one would have a job

and if no one had a job they wouldnt have any income

i would think no income would tear everything down

  • @bigsteelguy not soon, but we do seriously need to consider how the system will break down completely once we reach the point where nothing actually needs to be done by the vast majority of citizens. If it even allows us to get there.

  • @bigsteelguy hey kudos to you! By any chance did you watch Peter Joseph's "Where are We Now"? He mentions this restaurant in minute 23 of that lecture video. Yes the monetary system is outdated and needs to go.

  • @bigsteelguy I think we're complicating ourselves and giving ourselves the illusion that we need all of this when in the end you can simply grow youre own crap in youre yard and live happily off the simplest things. You can argue all you want on which has the most positive impacts but surely simplicity has the less negative.

  • @bigsteelguy I'm not sure if you're trolling or not, but I hope so.

  • @SQLinjected Well he is right. It will eventually happen. It's inevitable. Back in the days 99% were farmers. When that was automated most people started to work in factories.. now factories are pretty much automated and the majority of people work in the service sector. The more jobs that get automated the closer we get to a collapse of the monetary system.

  • @SQLinjected Go watch Zeitgeist: all three movies

Absorb the new and growing concensus

  • wish restaurants that I go to were like that :-(

  • Wow that's awesome, good for deaf people who can't speak

  • what, deaf people cant point?

  • I saw the show just today!

  • I thought the automat idea was since WW1.

  • i think it just ruins the old days. everythins goin high tech its flipin annoying

  • saves the diner 20% on every meal!..no waiter to tip!

  • Interesting concept. However, jobs will just continue to disappear.

  • german engineering. :)

  • this is like japanese kaiten-sushi stores

    not the most original idea

    but pretty damn wicked =D

  • Interesting idea. Needs some improvement.

  • If we allow that machines do our jobs, we will have no jobs on the future!!!

  • Let's see if I will be able to order a french fries and get it in less than 2 min.!!!!!!!

    HAHAHAHAA

And please, let me get the tips!

    módáfóca

  • Wow, cool.

  • Lol the first thing that came to my mind was.... "What happens if they spill their drink on the screen?" Lol hope the screen is waterproof or something rather... But otherwise this could have the potential to become an everyday thing around the world! I would love to dine at a restaurant like this...

  • Lol, crazy.

  • Interesting. Thanks for the video.

  • for hi speed potato heads!

  • Cool, but the food seems to get stuck on the rails a lot.
