2008 was actually a really great year for ECW, it really sold me on their new talent initiative (though they don't really tout it anymore, it's pretty much still in place). There was a transition period after all the originals had left and 2008 where it was just really dull and had no identity.

Currently, I think Regal is being used well, he's a greatly under-appreciated wrestler that has some great strength and agility, especially for his age.
