Did the same thing as Casey and succeeded too, bullys are very weak usually, theyr big mouthed, but when it comes to fighting theyr crap. What you always want to do is not to be afraid and get punched, but to punch first.
Two main rules that you must follow: Always hit first when you see fight is going to happen and dont stop until opponent is down, usually people make a hit and then they will wait for some reason, never make that mistake and go all-in. Others will quit picking on you 100%.

the fact that in some case Ritchard is hated by people is because he still does not admit that he was the attacker, sure he might have been bullied before.
