Rule 243, recommends that ... you do not stop or park where the kerb has been lowered to help wheelchair users and powered mobility vehicles or infront of a property. Law states that enforcement of a dropped kerb can only be in a "Special enforcement area" where such a kerb would have had white lines painted to designate a crossing to a property. However you can call the police to get it ticketed as an obstruction.

Than i took MY car and parked it on the opossite side, again less than 2 inches. The car was parked there for 4 hours. She is well within her legal rights to park infront of any entrance she wants. As long as there are no bays painted on private land, she is not breaking the law.
The road is a public highway, and therefore she can park wherever she likes. You do not have a legal right to park infront of your property.
I wish people would understand that simple concept. She is doing nothing wrong.

The single white line have no legal standing and as a result drivers cannot be fined for parking.
She is breaking no law parking where she is. The white line merely represents access for the homeowner and highlights this to potential people who would park there otherwise.
She can lawfully ignore this, and block access. She is NOT breaking any law. I am a planning law advocate. Carry arguing with me, you just make yourself look more stupid.
