it's not the footage that's rare,it's the live version of 'Lately' from Wembley Stadium,i was there and gutted when it wasn't on the video...audio was recorded live,but it turns out the cameras ran out of film as this started :o/

Regardless of what footage Michael appears in - just the fact he is in it makes it rare! and fyi I've been collecting all sorts of music memorbilia for years I know what rare is!
