**DISCLAIMER: if the driver was for not at fault, whether he was cut off, swerved to miss someone/something, etc, then obviously my comments do not apply to this case. but if they are, while the loss is STILL tragic, thank god his 40+ ton weapon did not devestatingly ripple another families pond.

@anonmiguy short version of what I put on LSJ article. "...the fact that this driver had a 40+ ton weapon, which could have easily killed a car, truck and/or van full of family members. his careless driving (whether it be from alcohol, tiredness, trying to possibly merge back on or off the ramp at the last second, too fast for conditions, etc) put my family, friends and fellow drivers in harms way. I see truck drivers fly by me far too fast for conditions, to be jack-knifed up ahead.."

Unfortunately driver & his wife died in this...the roads were horrible this morning.
