random list of girls who like Ash, as far as i can tell: Misty, May, Melody, Dawn, Anabel, Latias, Bianca, Chikorita/Bayleef/Meganium, and...thats it, i think...as far as i know, at least. and yes, latias and Chikorita are in the list. watch the Heroes movie, and watch all the Johto eps. in them, somewhere, are obvious signs that Latias and Chikorita like Ash. heck. in the Heroes movie, Ash got kissed on the cheek by either Latias or Bianca. its hard to tell which one did it, though.
