@justinbaek I don't know why God created the tree, but I know that God had a reason for it. Maybe it was so we could have free choice and love is not love without the free will to do so. Or maybe it was so that God could demonstrate God's ultimate love for us through the sacrifice on the cross. "There is no greater love than to lay down one's life for one's friends." John 15:13. It could of been God's way of showing the greatest love to us. . . I don't know right now, but one day I will.

I believe that God puts faith in us even though we will most likely fail because God is so powerful that whatever screw ups we can make God can take our bad and make something good out of it for His glory. I believe that the reason the tree was there was so that God could demonstrate His ultimate love for us and reveal His glory through Jesus Christ. There is no past, present, or future for our creator, God knew what God was doin.

I like how in the past thousand or so years most religion has been politicized and twisted to stunt spiritual growth. It's the whole telephone game concept. I believed in God until everybody close to me died in a span of 5 years then i started looking into science and its been proven that the Big Bang occurred whether you want to believe that or not is all you. @justinbaek I don't know why God created the tree, but I know that God had a reason for it. Maybe it was so we could have free choice and love is not love without the free will to do so. Or maybe it was so that God could demonstrate God's ultimate love for us through the sacrifice on the cross. "There is no greater love than to lay down one's life for one's friends." John 15:13. It could of been God's way of showing the greatest love to us. . . I don't know right now, but one day I will.

I believe that God puts faith in us even though we will most likely fail because God is so powerful that whatever screw ups we can make God can take our bad and make something good out of it for His glory. I believe that the reason the tree was there was so that God could demonstrate His ultimate love for us and reveal His glory through Jesus Christ. There is no past, present, or future for our creator, God knew what God was doin.

God warned them and they still disobeyed him even though they were sinless. now through adams sin it passed to all men that is ever born. I believe in a higher power as do all the other religions and philosophies. i believe in the Judeo-Christianity sect of religion, as i do respect the teachings of Muhammed, and the Eastern Philosophies. RELIGION IS EMERGENT. before there was judaism/christianity. there was, what we now call, pagan churches with pagan believers. Many stories out of the Bible reflect upon many of the different cultures throughout history
