I can't find the lower terrance either, thought maybe it was just me but looking at all the answer websites other people have had this problem too!!! If anyone actually has found it please post it on this page!!!!!!!

I have the game, but weirdly I can't seem to find the Lower Terrance.(The golf course.):(

@janckw the lower terrace is the one underneath the upper terrace. the golf cource is just a minigame.
