You need to read your scriptures more carefully my friend. Blood was required to pay the price of sin. From the days of the prophets God has required blood for the payment of sin. Jesus was the lamb who was slain. The passover is a symbol of things to come. The blood was spread on the doorpost to prevent the angel of death from coming. Hebrews 9:22 says that without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness.

Wow! I have never done anything consistently for ten years LOL. But I did attend the Vineyard here in Vancouver for a while, and got to know the Pastor and his wife through bible studies and home prayer meetings they hosted; they wanted to baptize me but I was baptized in a Pentacostal church almost three years ago where I took the Alpha course... Also, "Vineyard" is not a group, it is a Church that was founded by John Wimber (of the Righteous Brothers) responding to a need for Christians to be worshipping God more personally through music... a record label followed... almost any modern praise and worship song that is carried on the Vineyard label is superior in quality to other recordings of the same song.
