comps at this level don't typically differentiate those details, the route setters would keep things like this in mind while they were setting. usually any "natural" feature is in and any hold, or part of a hold that is on the problem is fair game. in situations where there isn't enough space to put one problem in an area by itself, the setters will use tape to separate holds.
