Rogues really aren't that great = / pvp is all they really have going for them and they still get raped by almost everything if they don't pull off a perfect stun lock. And even then if the lock combo doesn't do the person in, the rogue is finished.

On what do you base your arguments?

1. When follows the basic "combat" template a rogue can PVE till 80 without major issues, some are glad to count them in the team when it comes to stun ennemies in a way to get the less possible aggro.

2. Equally in the 3 rogue specialties you have the entire possibility to beat any opponent of your level, it only depends of your skill.

3. I play 1 Paladin, 1 Hunter , 1 priest and 1 Rogue, and the pleasure of one shooting someone in the back is unique.

i base my arguments on rogues i fight. i dont have a higher up one. im sorry if i offended you, but tbh alliance on my server isnt great a pvps. so i may just have the lower ends of rogues

I play horde btw and yes, i really can say that the alliance level of mastering is generally low.

I learnt to play rogue thanks to a friend of my guild, and i already saw him oblitaring 3 in a row on pvp without even being healed.

I personnaly can embush the half of a 25klife warrior.

So yes, i do think you just have to use skill.

you didn't played with a mage didn't u? even with the fast killing techniques of the rogues, the mages can do some "frosting in site" and some fireballs, and goodbye rogue (not all, just the few "non-knower-gamers" or in spanish "mancos") what i use to compare a rogue with a mage? my mage in a private wow server with a rogue of the same server, he was 2 lvl more than me, 3k of life more than me, and with invisibility, 2 fireballs, one froze skill, a pyroblast and explosive fire the rogue was RIP

@D3Swarm Yeah, i totally agree with that Mage rules.

But isnt it that a mage can be ruling also every class CAN be? Its all on the Gear+Talents+Skills+Weapons thats all? But also im in for the Mage thing cause mages just pwn all - Set your talents to Frost :) That will help pwing.

@D3Swarm a ve picha, tu que eres español y nos entendemos xDDD, un rogue puede con un mago tanto como un mago puede con un rogue, siel rogue es más rápido, el mago muere, y viceversa, yo en especial, me encanta asesinar a los magos, pero claro, no siempre se tiene suerte, si los pillas por sorpresa en arena o bg, están muertos, ahora, en duelos, es imposible saber el ganador, tambien depende del jugador claro, son los dos pjs que más daño hacen, los talentos tambien influyen... un saludo ! =)
