  • Thanks for the video. I am beginning to start the same diet - I love apples, raisins, almonds for snacks and usually eat lots of turkey and chicken for dinners. Sometimes my cooking sucks but my body doesn't care.

    PS: Did you do cardio every morning to burn off the fat over the year, or a combination of cardio and weight training?

    cool video,i lost like 35 so far eating hard boiled egg whites,fruits,veg,tuna mixed with romain salad with lemon-no mayo,and non fat cottage cheese,some chicken noodle soup

  • No eating the yoke is not bad. i eat the yoke but in a limited amount so if i eat like 5 eggs i eat 1 with its yoke. that is just me. remember that people differ and bodies are different.
