Yes you would start at long rang because i would controll the distance. If by chance you got close enough' CRITICAL DISTANCE' I would attack you with a non tellagraphed move wtih enough forward pressure to take you out.
Obviously you are an amateur. You should Know that this is a demo tape and not actual combat.. In real combat nothing is certain, timing, distance, ect.. So re evaluate your comment and say something intelligent as if you know how to fight.
Really great stuff, Chin Na and Wing Chun make for a wonderful combination. I also blend those two styles along with some tiger style, aikdio and escrima techniques. But Wing Chun and Chin Na are definately awsome styles to combine, great for close range combat.
I must say this all looks pretty sweet. While this really isnt traditional wing chun, i can see a few elements of it that you have incorporated into chi na / jujitsu (however you are inclined).
I kind of agree that chain punching might not always be the required method to put down your opponent - control can be just as useful.
Nothing like mixing bits of arts to bring them together. Keep it up :)
Hello i like to say 1st you got some good shit but i must say that it look more like Kali than Wing Chun but other than that it's good shit none the less...lol I do the same kind of shit but with Sanuces Ryu Juijitsu w/ Kali anyway keep up the good work just change the name...lol
There is no such thing as a Chin Na lock that comes only from the Wing Chun style. All styles have locks no particular style can claim to own a lock.. Like i said i dont claim to be traditional Wing Chun. It is a mix of sevral Chinese styles. What deadly finish in Wing Chun? Chain punching? Come on.. Chin na can be used to finish an opponent. However it should be used to set up the finish such as to get you a superior position to slam the head on the floor.. Not just a Tap out
some if not most locks are universal. all styles have their ways. judo have theirs or aikido etc... but i dont do them so i dont know their ways. im a wing chun specialist modern or traditional so im familiar with our moves.
your style is good but like i said we dont start the way you start nor finish the way you finish your moves. i can tell coz they are not wing chun way n there are too many wing chun ways good or bad but not same as your way.
Accurate! The fitness machines in the background + the music make the video a bit strange though. Hope you go for the guy in white t-shirt next ;)))))
Holy shit your good! Your Wing Chun is very impressive! Although different. Im impressed with you Chin Na follow ups and how they flow! im looking forward to more videos!
Great stuff, very effective. I believe its important to not be left standing over an opponent where they can hit you.
