The app came preinstalled in my droid razor and i cant figure out how to link my online account for google music to my phone because the app on my phone never had the step where it asked me for an email. And on my phone im logged in as the same email that i use for my google account, so im not sure why its not working.

Ya it works in Canada. At first no song would appear on my phone, but I uninstalled and re-installed (using Market Enabler) and it prompted me to sign up to my Google account, making all my songs appear! :D This is the best thing ever!

Download the apk today because this is not available in european market, and I like the coverflow unfortunately it's working only for the recently added music. Not for the album view in landscape instead you have a kind of wall and for the artist and songs you basicly have a list. Too bad, but I know this is only beta phase so I'll stick with cube (3) as main mp3 player.

@alecservoski Just reinstall it, and reboot your phone. Should bring up the screen again to pick your google account, and after a couple seconds the songs will show up.

@psptechnologypsp I can see how it is easy to not have time to explain where the "free" music comes from because there is no source of free music aside from the music that you have already purchased on your computer. This music then gets uploaded to their cloud where you can stream the music to any android device over cellular service or wifi and pin songs for when you want it to be cached locally on your device. Yea your right, I wouldn't understand how this all works. Have a super duper day.

It explains a little about how people invited to Google Music by Google get free music. I never said free music will be a "feature" of Google music when it releases.
