Broad thinking, no prejudice, a military govern government (Myanmar Junta) may not be bad, it all depend on how the government runs. The government may develop or choose not to develop their country.
Chinese Communist (PRC) is one of the good examples; the Chinese government has done development in leap and bound.
Today, if the people of Myanmar have shelter over their head, job and food, they will not bother who runs the government.
