These people below me have no idea what their talking about. Rfactor has probably the easily scripting code to change there is, ITS ALL IN PLAIN ENGLISH as well! These people dont realise that with some other games you need special Hexediting tools just to be able to change things-with rfactor an example(Mass = 600)now an example of something that might look like this from another game (Mä‰ÿ,@MÈÿ,@M¬ÿ,@‹Æ_^[‹å]Ã_­^3À[‹å]ÃÌÌÌÌÌÌÌÌU‹ìì)

If you have mod files stepping on eachother, have trouble modding with all of the MANY tools available and can't figure out the configuration files, then that's your problem. I assure you, you're all alone there. I've never had an issue modding for rFactor, never had modds step on eachother, never had a DRM issue (since when has rFactor had DRM issues?! This isn't Spore..).

You don't seem to know much of how this engine works. If you did then you wouldn't be creating such problems for yourself.

Sorry, it sounds like ISI has been sitting on their asses (even if it's not true). There is SO much broken with rfactor it's not funny. It's just the best of the crap out there. A decent scripting language for modders WOULD be nice. Hell, the shooter world has had that for what? A decade? Instead we have to deal with flaky DRM, mod files steppibng on each other, vague configuration files and software that crashes.

I certainly hope so. I think u should interview more simracers to see what they think and who the top guys are. I also think u were sort of too in awe of Camaj during the interview, take it easy next time. Sorry if i sounded too harsh :)

I wasn't in awe to be honest. It was rushed, he was out the door minutes later. Main deal with the interview was to put a face with the name. He'd never been seen on camera and told me point blank before it that he really didn't have much for us. He'll give us more soon.. I just talked to him a week ago. We've asked many sim racers to do interviews and none of them want to be heard or seen..lol.. Hook us up with one that has a camera. :)
