I remember seeing Oleg Popov on the Ed Sullivan Show sometime in 1964 or 65. His appearance was a big deal. Really fun to see the publicity then seen him on Ed Sullivan. God bless you, Mr. Popov.

I saw Popov in the 60s when the Moscow Circus would come to Vancouver ... wonderful to see him again ... partway through, I started analyzing the "chasing the spotlight" theme ... I could probably bore for Canada on the image ... but then, why ruin it?
