when i first discovered this song back in 2001 or 2002, it was under the name Change-by Modjo. And having been a big fan of them at the time I downloaded it. To this day it still sounds like the singer of Modjo. Theres another version that has a shittier singer which i thought was the phats and small version. This one sounds like Modjos singer

To clarify..yes this is Phats & Small lyrics and Modjo Lady sample. It wasn't released by any of the two. It was released as a white label promo on vinyl. Phats and Small never released this version, officially. I beg the poster or anyone who has a good copy to please send me 320 mp3!!! PLEASE!
