The report was made by Karen Simmer, Illinois, who told them Crystal Sheffields attorney told her HaLeigh was healthy, well fed, and growing. [Our investigator] did pass along that lead. DFS has ruled no factual evidence of abuse exist against Ron Cummings and he keeps the boy.

Kimball and Kimball as well as Picazio have dropped the case.

On Find Haleigh Now website the lawyers

urge law enforcement to investigate this as a parental kidnap for custody by the mother or her family.

They also urge FBI to get into this case and say media attention could still solve this case.

I am seeking information on Crystal Sheffield. About police taking her to be questioned at an abandoned house. About witness placing her boyfriend in Satsuma when she said he was at home with her and about the time it took her to arrive the morning the child went missing.

I never fail to be amazed by the Media! This little missing girl "alone" is NOT news, it doesnt sell commercial time and it doesnt get ratings, however; if you dig up some trash on the father, get the mother to trash the father, and lastly, send Geraldo to the scene to get all the nagative shit simmering to a "Fox News Exclusive Boil" then you have a story! Where is a chair throwing lunatic when you need one? I hope she is found ok, but this coverage is pretty much par for the course for Foxy.

You can tell watching the behind the scenes stuff this "Mother" isn't worried or upset about her daughter missing. She wants to bash her ex. Look at her standing around waiting to get on TV. I'd be going crazy trying to use the TV time to find my daughter, show pictures, send a message to her if possible. Who cares about family bullshit at a time like this! They haven't told the truth since they've been on TV, and that can be proven with a cursory check of the online records. EPIC FAIL!! You are an idiot Whoraldo!!
