@MyxMentalxInsanity I'm not entirely sure what she used but Manic Panic's Atomic Turquoise is in the same family of colors but it's more blue-based, sonic green from Special effects comes out EXACTLY this color if your hair isn't a bright blond. If it is, I recommend just adding a little bit of blue dye from Special Effects also, to it (:

Google image those dyes and see what is best for you.
