I am half-Chinese and I think China is an amazing beautiful nation. But I also love Singapore, where on the three main races is Chinese, and where my family has lived for more than several generations. China is the land of some of my ancestors, and I applaud the great dragon nation on rising back up to glory in the world. I mean, the beauty of the Great wall, Huangshan, West Lake, and Sanya-the bustling cities of Shanghai, Beijing, etc.

This is what I call a true national anthem. Written at one of the most fucken critical times for the people of the longest continuous civilization in the history of mankind.
It is like a movie, except this is real life, and the Chinese people have fought hard to get back everything that they deserve.

Cuz the leader of KMT were bunch of idiots and cowards. Just like this song, it was written in 1933 for those volunteer who fought Japanese in Manchuria. "why call them volunteers"? becoz KMT didn't want to fight and protect its people. Wonder why so many Taiwanese can even lie to themselves by saying "I am not Chinese"? It's a good thing this is on here, but I have to be honest I don't think this is a beautiful anthem at all. It has nothing distinctly Chinese in it all. Like everything else they did in the 30s-60s, they just borrowed things from the Soviets, who ultimately borrowed a lot of things from the West. As a result this song just sounds like a bastardization of 1930s marching band music.
