as you should know silver is still under valued.in nature there is 17 parts of silver to one part of gold .so at a 1900 dollar a once gold price silver should be 111.76 a once.i wish the sheep would wake up but im afraid that wont happen to a great extent .enuff to where most every one will be able to get by . being a poor man myself i have tried to prepare as best i could but i know it is not enuff..so i continue to pray for help and mercy .thank you for all you do .

I agree with 90% of what you say in this video, but I would point out that "Fiat" money is also gold and silver, as "Fiat" money is whatever the government decrees as a medium of exchange. The banks have a monopoly on gold and silver and manipulate it on a regular basis (just look at the current price ratio between gold and silver for example). The problem is not paper money, it is the fractional reserve system, where our money is borrowed into existence, Check out Bill Still.

However, when people refer to "fiat currency" they typically mean money that has no intrinsic value. That is to say that the money in and of itself is worthless, it only has value because the government says it has value, like our federal reserve notes. Gold and silver, however, has intrinsic value. It is fairly rare and always been in high demand.

But I say again: The heart of the problem is fractional reserve banking, which allows private banks to loan money into existence, and hence usurp a nations sovereignty. Ending the FED won't fix this. Using gold and silver as a monetary standard won't fix this (and will probably make it worse, as history shows). Only a well regulated, valueless, money supply SPENT into existence will work. I would urge you to check out the work Bill Still has done.

Pastor Dowell, Can you explain why Jesus spoke of depositing money with the bankers so it would be increased? His illustration was about various servants entrusted with portions of their master's money to do business with. The one servant just burried the money and was scolded by the master for failing to at least deposit the money with the bankers so it would've been increased. I don't understand why Jesus would speak of usury and bankers as if they were good things.

hey pastor dowell great video. the only problem with returning to gold standard is that the people who control the most gold is the central banks themselves. bill still recommends that we print non debt notes from the government itself and pay off the national debt with that while increasing the reserve requirements on banks and eventually can move to a commodity backed currency, but the commodity has to be something that our country can produce like corn or something
