  • I want to change my bedroom but I have no windows in my room, but two doors. The room is not that big. The head of the bed is facing one of the doors. The other door that leads into my living room is to the left side of the room. In my culture your not suppose to have the head of the bed facing the door. I am stuck, I don't know what to do. My apartment is real small. From the entrance to my apartment, the bedroom is straight ahead. Plz help.

  • feng shui

  • I'd like to Feng Schwing her big butt with my power position.

  • @builditkeepit rude.

  • she is so pretty.omg.. i love the turquoise necklace

  • my bed is placed similar to the position in this video with a window also to the left. i've read that beds shouldn't be 'floating'. would this be considered just that? would it be better to let the bed lean on the wall right to the window?

  • floating?

  • floating is a term used for a piece of furniture (bed in my case) that isn't supported by a wall ie placed in the middle of the room.

whether its true or not is upto you to believe in. some say it has improved their lives, some say it hasn't. personally i find feng shui in designs to bring out the most pleasing aesthetics of a room.

  • Simple Feng Shui rule of bedroom is that your bed head should be having a wall with your head pointing the best direction according to your personal Kua numbers. The bed itself should never be direct facing the door as the Sha Qi will harm you. So, you should be having the bed diagonally to the door. If not possible, then when you are sleeping, close the door.

  • @thaibuddhaamulet need some help on bed placement....i have a bed with a solid headboard...however...is it good to place the headboard against 2 walls at a corner? each side of the headboard touches a wall and behind the headboard is just a small amount of space....so like a triangle pointing "away" from the bed not towards...plz help

  • @iLoveToToob It is okay for your bed to be in the corner of both walls. Most importantly, the head pointing to the wall must be solid (not to have windows) and also ensure your legs is not directly pointing to the door as it will have sha qi. As I have suggested, best to close your door when sleeping. Hope you understand what I am saying.

  • @thaibuddhaamulet what i meant was it is "angled" in the corner not placed horizontally against the corner....if u get what im trying to say....45 degrees instead of 90 degrees....is that ok

  • @iLoveToToob If it is angled (45 degrees), just make sure that your head is actually pointing in one of your 4 best directions. Remember that it is okay to tilt your bed though it may looks funny as long as you can have your best direction.

For your info, my bed it placed on the floor so I can move it to any direction I want.

  • Hi, I am a teenage male and my bedroom as a metal room. Because my bedroom has a metal room and is positioned in the south west with the opposite side of the eastern wall of my room being the kitchen/dinning room, my room gets very hot or very cold. I got told that ceiling fans are not reccomended in bedrooms due to displacing body energy. So what can I do? My parents installed a air conditioning system because our house gets very hot and the pressure of air is very powerful.

  • The vent for the unit is on the ceiling to the left of my bed and blows across the room to the window which is in the south, my bed being in the north with the bed head against the west wall and the vent beig in the north. So what can I do?

  • o i get it I saw it the second time

  • you say don't put your foot faced to the door but still you face the foot to the door help me I dont get it

  • ahhhhhh omg my feet are aligned with the door! x_x

  • Elizabeth, I like the asthetic qualities and the lighting is more soothing with your new furniture placement. Regarding the Feng Shui application, I am confused as to why the foot of the bed is pointed at the door? Previously you mentioned the danger of facing this direction due to the fact the dead are carried out the door "feet-first"? Thanks for your input on this.

  • It is not good to sleep with a head in the corner... It can take energy from people...

  • is this really true???

  • @areliyh87 Facing your bed to the door is true. My mom and I rearrange the master bedroom and the bed is facing to the door with her foot first. During night time when she finally fell asleep. Something happened to her, she couldn't breath so instead she moved to my bedroom and sleep the entire night.

  • One thing about the bed is it looks like it is metal. According to what I understand about Feng Shui, a metal frame bed is too disruptive to sleep in.

  • For some people it can be good...
