Because I know you realize the use of executive orders are an example of american dictatorship, and how the constitution was suspended. The "great" Lincoln suspended the constitution in 1861. Was it ever "un"-suspended after that date? What is clear is that there is not one chance in hell that an executive order could be sustained "under" a valid constitution.

Executive Orders can't necessarily fix these problems and make them go away. Its a bit more complicated than that because Congress has absolute authority to Overwrite Executive orders! If Congress gathers enough votes on the floors, it can overwrite ANY Executive Order!
