Now I just choose abstinence.

ladies, ive used the patch for about 5 years and ..be careful which clothes you wear because sometimes the fabric can catch on the adhesive and leave a mark on your skin!

also, the pill is sometimes hard to remember to take. Just a thought! Happy Choosing!

with the nuva ring ( sorry if i spelled that incorrectly) your physician will be more than happy to show you how to insert it if you're unsure.

Yeah, the thing i really don't like about the patch is that it only comes in one color! It sucks for women who don't want anyone to see it.

Yeah, like for me....my skin is a bit darker than the patch, so I had to wear it on my hip. It sucked being confined to one area but oh well lol I guess they'll work on the color a little later on ( like band aids).
