Obviously Horrible Bosses 2 is the worst, I mean, Colin Farrell is dead, Kevin Spacey is in prison, and Jennifer Aniston is blackmailed, but it does leave the "twisted old fuck" character at the end as sequel bait.

Dude, both films were just... okay... The original swedish version obviously had better plot and character development, the remake fails in terms of plot, but it has style... and that's pretty much what I expected when I went to go see the film. Personally, I'm not a big fan of either, but I'm not sure if one outweighs the other. If that is the case... then I would have to agree. The Swedish version is the better version.

OK, The Bourne Legacy is not a terrible sequel idea because ALL THE BOURNE MOVIES ARE BASED ON THE ORIGINAL BOOKS AND SO IS THE BOURNE LEGACY! I've read all the books and The Bourne Legacy is a non-stop action thrillride just like the rest of the Bourne movies, it's not just some crappy hollywood sequel, it is based off of the book!

@norwegianmakeupfan It's a book originaly. No studio bought the rights to the book so anyone can adopt it. Also the first film of the swedish millenium series is good. The second one is fairly weak, especially when you've read the book. What I do find atrocious is that they remade Let the Right One In, one of the best vampire films ever and a beautiful piece of modern Swedish cinema.

The Swedish adaptation of The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo is not better than the American adaptation. In fact it much much worse. The Swedish film, by itself, is good--it isnt bad at all. But if you compare the two films from the perspective of the adaptation of Larson's novel then you will realize Fincher's film is not only incredibly faithful to the work but also better than the Swedish film in every cinematic technique possible: direction, acting, writing, cinematography, production value.

Actually the American version of the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo is closer to the book than the swedish version is... and to say the American version is shit is a bit extreme just because of a small difference that truly didn't matter in the swedish version... Because in both the American and Swedish versions the reason Mikael ends up taking the job is to get back at Wennerstrom... not because he truly cared so deeply for his babysitter.

man people do not know horror films, the only 2 that deserve to be on that list are the shining and the exorcist.
