@agnieves Hey there , i would like to give you a some suggestions :) if you don't mind ?

you can use a black liner as a base on your eyelids to darken any shadow you have. You can use nyx jumbo pencil in black bean or just any black liner and follow the what kandee said in the video because the black base/eyeliner she used darkened the purple on her outer v. Swatch some on your hands with and without black with any color shadows and you'll know what i'm talking about :) i hope this helps

@shannonmauraconway hey! i suggest trying some taupe/champagne colour mix... browns and peachy coloured smokey eye are softer for day/school wear! Too Faced has a great palette for this actually called "Natural Eye Neutral Eye", another great palette and probably my favourite is NAKED from Urban Decay! Not saying buy them but do have a look-see for possible colour combinations you could try :D!

@cassieandabbybffs--the UD Alice in Wonderland palette is only found on ebay and they are selling the palette for $150! I think there are 3 listed as of right now, all in that price bracket. So, if you really want it, you are going to have to really shell out the bucks! I paid quite a bit for mine off of ebay about a year ago, but it wasn't that expensive back then, or I probably wouldn't have it! LOL Hope that helps!

okay, so my birthday is coming up on wednesday and I was given a budget to start my makeup collection. I was wondering if someone could tell me if I should invest in one Mac lip liner (my ONLY lip liner) or a Mac eyeshadow (my THIRD Mac eyeshadow). I don't know if anyone has the same problem than I do ... I just can't seem to do this look, I've watched this video like 700 times and I've tried it soo hard, but it always looks as if someone had punched me on my eye :( i don't know which mistake i make, but it always looks more black-red-ish than purple on my eyes :( I'd love so much to do this look ... and it looks so easy when kandee does it ... maybe my eyeshadow's quality is too low ... it almost has NO covering power :(
