  • Bonham is amazing in this!

IZ WAZ WILL B ALWAYZ B DA GOD!

  • This song always sounded to me like the whole band is falling down 20 flights of stairs while still staying upright and playing. Then, at the 4 minute mark, they think they've hit the bottom and can stop.....but then they start falling again until the end where they stick a perfect landing! Love this song.

  • i love John Bonham's shuffle--so driving

  • @gmorton731 that was the thing about john always great p[aying they had the whole thing going on

  • @elvispresley718 u know it,man

  • I love this song so much that i have to look up "Tea For One"

  • This song is great. Bonzo gets off on the drums

  • @SDman94 yes he does!

  • @SDman94 This is a Bonham masterpiece for sure.

  • it gives me wood

  • @insideout1958 good to know...

  • I love this song! Actually this is one of the better Zeppelin albums in my opinion. The songs were well composed and there was a great vibe and tone to the record. Cheers

  • I cranked this up in my 1978 Capri Hatchback and it was sooo cool...I raced anyone in that friggin V-6 with Zep blasting...I believe I had on my OP shorts and shirt....TAKE ME BACK!

  • I owned all the US released Zeppelin albums. Of all of them, my two favorites where "Presence" and "In Through the Out Door". Their music inspired me so much in my youth. Now I am much older but my love for their music hasn't changed. Even my daughter whom is 15 likes a lot of their stuff. It's like magic.

  • I am suprised this one was not more popular, they pulled it off perfectly. It is one of their most underrated songs I think. But then again, Led Zeppelin doesn't make a bad song, there for almost all of their music is underrated.

  • I totally groove with this track... It was a perfect fit for Tony Alva's lifestyle in Dogtown and Zboys... But that aside this is one of my favourite of Led Zepp's songs.

  • Okay, do they have any songs that are less than really, really, REALLY good? Most bands would kill for one song as good as this, but this is fairly obscure LZ.

  • I always think of that Dogtown and Z-Boys documentary when I listen to this, but this has to be one of my favorite Led Zepplin songs

  • tea for one is one of the beast led sepellin songs

  • Please find me a piece, a toon, a song, or anything that Zeppelin did poor, bad or just was not great, please, please.

  • @Reddogovereasy Hats Off To (Roy) Harper, but that's about it.

  • plant was in accident broke his neck thats y some of zeppz songs his voice is different u can tell bu his voice. im 24 i been listening to led zep all my life there still better then half this rock bands out here

  • @bellatourchampion They're better than any now, anyone in the past, and anyone in the future.

  • ahh bonzo just lighting it up ,man they just let go ..awesome

  • @ledzeppelinisgoood Ah, my bad. Not sure why '77 was on my mind ._.

  • what album is this

  • @MrWalkerds Presence, released in 1977.

  • @AfroMan1171 It was released in march 1976. lol

  • @AfroMan1171 --no 1976

  • @AfroMan1171 released 1976

  • @AfroMan1171 76

  • Recorded in 1975 and released 1976.

  • @AfroMan1171 31 March 1976

  • @AfroMan1171 1976

  • @AfroMan1171 Presence actually came out in March 1976.

  • this unflowered obsidian obylisk is just a vase in disguise

  • no could have been the presence at the yacht club that kept me shufflin' my feet

    nowhere noway nohow

    order

fried squid leg fresh from lake pontchatrain with ketchup and hotsauce and Inez's mayonnaise

  • first time

    no

it could have been boulder on my shoulder

    omg love the bonzeaux shuffle

  • Very Sexy......oh,yea. la la lalla lalla yea, la la lalla lalla,my baby........ oh oh oh oh,...oh oh oh oh,.....oh oh oh oh.Hey babe ---- Mark B.if you are out there, heres to you ! Littlequeen.....still rolling...... : )

  • @voodoojanis my fave is physical graphitti but this one does kick ass and is way too underated. probably cause they never went live with this album cause jon bonham had died close to after the recording of this

  • My favourite Zeppelin Album

  • @theguywhosnameis agreed!

  • 0 dislikes!!

  • RP was in a serious car accident in Europe and was in a half body cast during this album(?). The whole story is in 'Hammer Of The Gods ' the unauthorized (UNAUTHORIZED!) bio of the band by their road manager (and disgruntled former employee) Richard Cole. He shows LZ warts and ALL.!! Sometimes he's a little unfair IMO. It is the inside scandalous story by someone who was there. The book remains a definitive bio about the band. It's a little graphic in places tho and NOT for your niece or nephew.

  • i smoked a ton listin to this. ty led zep

  • Hots on for nowhere and For your life are just INCREDIBLE songs and they are so underrated that some Zeppelin fans havent even heard them, great vid btw!

  • Thanks Dogtown and Z-Boys documentary for having this song ! Now I fucking love it !

  • this song kicks ass. not alot of people know it though. its really underrated.

  • sou brasileiro mas adoro isso (i´m brazilian but i love this)

  • Bonzo's drums are great on this one :)

  • REPLAY

  • I have a 35 minutes version of this song rofl xD

  • @junsonius love how Zep fans appreciate alternate versions of song more than any other groups fans XD

  • @maocapoeira Totally agree. Have you checked out the alternate version of "In The Light" (sometimes called "In the Morning" on the bootlegs). It's one of my favorite pieces of music ever - there are various versions, but the best (in my opinion) is on my channel as a favorite. Check the Rosetta West songs out, too, if you can.

  • man this is my favorite led zeppelin song (as of right now)

  • I don't have a favorite ZEP album...I love them all equally. They are all works of art unto themselves.

  • ver underrated, and imo, their best track...i loved this album when it came out and i still love to listen to it..

  • this song makes me wanna skate...and drink a beer by a beat up run down abandoned tagged up pool

  • ironically, as popular as Led-Zeppelin was/is, a FAT TON of their stuff is underrated. you super fans know what i mean. :)

  • Man for some reason this song has such a sex appeal to it, i turned this on, and my chick instantly got horny as fuck

  • I was a virgin before hearing this song.

  • So many sad ass people, put presence down! they put ITTOD down!! it really makes no sense!!! zeppelin never made a bad album!!!!!!! every album is a CLASSIC! P.

  • @MegaZephead I know right? Can't win 'em all, I guess.

  • This is one of those great rock songs that's fast and rollicking and fun...and about a totally fucking dark state of mind. I always thought it was brilliant to pull something like that off. And of course Page's guitar solo is insane, JPJ and Bonzo are monsters...and you've got a false ending just for kicks. Great. BTW, I just posted a couple raw dark blues songs on my channel "Underground" and Susanna Jones (2011) Zep fans might like them.

  • john bonam god of drums, robert plant god of the mic, john paul jones god of the bass, and jimmy page god of the guitar.

  • Much better books then Hammer of the Gods.... Read Mick Hinton's book which covers up through the reunion. Great read.

  • verry true plant was in a wheelchair and in great pain while recordind this album!!!!!! read the book HAMMER OF THE GODS!!!!!!!! great book tells all peace to all ZEP FANS!!

  • man i really dig this track. Hots on For Nowhere is totally underrated

  • @sOaPyiLLuSiON6 This album is totally underrated. It was a lot of strong songs.

  • @sOaPyiLLuSiON6 of course thank god i found this song.

  • @sOaPyiLLuSiON6

Same here. great song and album

both of them are underrated, if you ask me

  • presence=pure Zeppelin

  • i heard that Plant had recorded the majority of the Presence album while in a wheelchair due to a car accident. i think, not sure man

  • @sOaPyiLLuSiON6 Yeah, he did. You can really hear the pain in his voice In some of the songs.

  • @sOaPyiLLuSiON6 I used to know so much about Zeppelin, but over the last twenty years or so have forgotten a lot little details. They are Gods to me. If you want to learn a lot about Zeppelin, read "Hammer of The Gods" Read it at fifteen years old. Like I said, forgot a lot of it, but there's a bunch I do rember. Very good and informative book. Easy reading.

  • @sOaPyiLLuSiON6 i didnt know that...unbelievable

  • @sOaPyiLLuSiON6 he did record half of the album in a wheel chair he was involved in a wreck his wife wrecked the car and it crushed his ankle

  • @sOaPyiLLuSiON6 He did, he had a broken ankle, it always makes me laugh thinking of someone having a broken ankle while they record a song called Achilles' Last Stand, Plany always refered to that song as "The Wheelchair Song" which is significantly less epic than calling it "Achilles' Last Stand" haha.

  • @sOaPyiLLuSiON6 Yeah, a tree hit his car as him and his family were in it. It broke his legs and unfortunately cracked his wife Maureen's skull because it fell on her head. His son and daughter got hurt as well but not as bad as their parents. The only one who got out unharmed was Jimmy Page's daughter who happened to be in the car with them at the time of the accident.

  • @sOaPyiLLuSiON6 It was House's of the Holy, Plant was in full body traction from a car crash.

  • @sOaPyiLLuSiON6 That's what served the inspiration for "achilles" last stand. Page's little joke at plant.

  • I never realized what great lyrics this song has.

  • I F`N LOVE THIS SONG!!!! La,la,la,la,la yeah!!!!

  • When I learned how my time had been wasteeeeeeed, tear fell as I turned away(8)

  • tots on for pedro

  • one of zeppelin's more under appreciated songs i think.. great song.

fyi, it's fluck on in the lyrics. not fuck

  • @TheJoker2169 Thanks, I just copy&pasted these from song some lyrics website.

  • @TheJoker2169 off one of their underappreciated albums but probably one of my all time favorites (2nd only to Physical Graffitti)

  • I've always wondered why no one ever knew what I was talking about when I said I liked Zeppelin's The Lala Song. I knew it was a later album, but didn't know which one. Thanks so much for posting!

  • @indnajns haha that's awesome!

  • john bonnam

  • Look, the fucking drums say it all...

  • I bought this album when it was released, and loved it upon first listen.

  • I'm a long-time Zeppelin fan from way back. Granted, this album was different. I think a lot of people didn't like it. I grew to love it. Different can be good.

  • The whole album of Presence is just awesome. And to think they completed the whole thing in just 18 days. Way to go Zeppelin!!!

  • I couldn't get into this song when it first came out. Now I've acquired a taste for it. Thank you! Splendid version! I'd subscribe, but You Tube won't let me. Every time I try, I get this message (and I quote): 'You have too many subscriptions compared to your number of subscribers'. I contacted them and they replied, 'To add a new subscription, you'll have to drop some old ones.' WTF? I'm literally dying from AS and music is my life! Anal-retentive Nazi sadists...

  • @louiseduvee Sad face :(

Well thank-you anyway, It's the thought that counts :D

And I really do appreciate It.

And when I first heard this, even the album, I thought they we're annoying and I just didn't like 'em. But now this Is my favorite from the album(Tea For One in close 2nd). But I'm not sure how much I've grown to like Candy Store Rock. . . . .

  • @AfroMan1171 Yeah, I feel ya on teh Candy Store Rock thing, although I'm slowly coming around to that one. Every single other track is awesome though. The riffage on this album is sick. It has like a sophisticated funkiness that I love.

  • @AfroMan1171 you will ;)

  • @AfroMan1171 Check out Candy Store Rock from Page & Plant in '01 at the Montreux Jazz Festival. you'll LOVE that song till u die! GREAT version. Plant is on point!

  • @louiseduvee Youtube seriously has rules about that? That sucks. Hey man. I'll subscribe to you so you can get your numbers up.

  • @louiseduvee Couldn't get into ?

  • @littlequeen64 Yeah. To appreciate life you must come to terms with your own certain death. 'Angels dance and angels die.'
