  • Congrats. I've started my 5th week this week. It really takes a lot of mental discipline to continue. I'm really enjoying what I see and feel. 266 pounds when I started after 30 days 256 like where this is going. BRING IT

  • Congrats.

  • Good job Bro !!! Im on day 61 and have lost 23 lbs. Keep up the work and as i will and we'll get there.

  • @mrtfuss Thanks bro, you a coach?

  • @StuandAllie No im not a coach but going through P90X also. Tonight starts day 64 week 10 for me. I am very happy with the results so far. Its been hard but well worth it. I wont be ripped at 90 days but alot slimmer and plan on doing another round to get to where i want to be. Good luck to you and keep up the hard work.

  • 11 pounds in 1 month is poor bro, should aim for atleast 20 pounds in the first month as its the quickest time you lost weight the first 4-6 weeks and then you slow down. try 2 hour cardio days 4-5 times a week, you will see a huge difference.

  • nicely done, keep it up :)

  • hey man stay focused on what you are doing 11 lbs in 1 month is more than other people lose sitting on their ass. so congrats and keep up your tough work

  • can some one help me .. what is p90 x .. is it a dvd a video?? help!!!! p.s i can see a difference well done u x

  • no offense, but i didnt notice any difference at all

  • @coryman123 none taken, but then you obviously weren't looking close enough. 11 lbs. is decent amount in 1 month. Thanks for commenting though.

  • @StuandAllie well then 11 lbs in a month is awesome lol congrats. I have p90x just havnt tried it yet.

  • @coryman123 ok so what the hell are you waiting for? Let me be your coach and help you.

  • @StuandAllie Lol i think me and some friends are gonna do it together sometime. What are your opinions on it tho, how strainful is it?

  • @StuandAllie fantastic 11lb in a month :[) great work.

  • @StuandAllie Woahhh go for a round two it worked great man props! Bring it this time baby you can do it!

  • Somebody in my family used P90x and it really did work for him. So keep it up man your doing good.

  • you do realize that with good exercise comes a good diet? well obviously you do not realize that...

  • @CHIZ4 actually you are incorrect. A good diet should always come before exercise. Thanks for your input though

  • @StuandAllie are you still fat?

  • @CHIZ4 stuandallie is correct. for weight loss, diet is as if not more important than exercise.

  • Hey Everyone, thanks for commenting on my video. I am proud to say I am starting another round today. That's right starting today! So stay tuned for more videos.

  • You obviously were not eating right during this.......

  • I don't see the difference between 1 and 30 days

  • keep it up man! doin good

  • Nice man, Dont worry about the fags that write things down. Im 13 and when i was 12 i was like really skinny then when i worked my way to 13 i started growing muscles and alot that. Also something that would help alot is swimming do come breast and freestyle strokes for about 45 min or spare time. :) Good luck and dont give up.

  • right now im 6ft2.5 250 lbs, im not fat and not skinny and not much body fat, how much would i lose

  • bro 250 pounds sadly is very obese

  • @iSapan23 wow dont listen to my little brother hes a fatass lmao, me as the owner of the account is 6ft2 189 lol

  • I weigh 265 and am 6'3 and have a six pack and 18 inch arms. Doesn't mean your fat if you weigh a lot man....

  • you're*

  • hey.did u finish every work out ?cuz im 5'10, ,233 pounds.and sum of the work outs i cant finish.did u finish every workout?and if u couldnt wut would you do?

  • @Metallica09Tapout I am 5'9" and was 235 when I started. I'm on day 23 now. All I can say is don't hesitate to modify in the beginning, but give it all you got to get through. After two weeks (that will ache) you will be surprised how far you are able to go and push yourself. Stick with it, modify, modify, modify, and keep pushing play!

  • u look the same except arms are a little more defined

  • que merda!

  • Forget what everybody else saying, Stay focus man an congragulations

  • sick man! congratulations

  • way to go mang! keep up the awesome work!

  • he looks the same

  • I started at 260 lbs. I am no longer doing P90X. I am currently on my 2nd round of ChaLEAN Extreme. Not sure what my next move is, but I have 90 days to decide.

  • it looked like p90x was working for you though, i saw through your arms and stomach that you had pretty good results. Keep on trucking dude! Good luck with your future endeavors.

  • What was your starting weight ?

  • awesome! this workout looks hard, good for you!

  • Yo keep it up man, in the end itll be worth it bud

  • hello everyone i just wanna to know if there any kind of exercise that will sustitute the chin up bar cause i dont have one and there no way i can put one in my a partment not even one of those bars that goes in the door since my doors are really huge and it just wont fit if any one can tell me an exercise that i can do with dumbbells ill be thankfull

  • Check out the Iron Gym Extreme Bar...

    Get the Resistance Tubes...

  • im sorry but there is no exercise that can replace chin ups maybe you can go to a park ?

  • The chin up bars have an extend bar that you can buy for the bigger door frames. ^^

  • you can see the difference! keep it up, and instead of going "on" a diet, change your complete eating habit for good. that will for sure make an amazing difference.

  • hey stu, just keep pushing. I know how hard these workouts are but have a positive mind state through out all these exercises... good luck and try your best.

  • for all those who discouage ths man, i hope he continues and reaches his goal, then i hope he passes you in the supermarket and spits in your face!! how pathetic for you to rain down on someone who is puting effort into something. i myself am a large guy, i worked out for 3 months straight before i could start seeing results! so i think this guy is right on track! he WILL GET THERE! and then he will laugh at all you who doubted him! i know i sure am!! right on man! keep up ithe good work!!

  • You people don't realize how much fat this guy had to lose. He had a good transformation, but of course it's tough to gauge because he has like 40% bodyfat starting, so he may have lost 12 lbs of fat in the first 30 days but you won't see it because he has so much around his organs etc.

  • An excellent point HermannThe Great - sadly one that's lost on many of these morons.

  • You can see a change in his obliques.

  • he probably hasn't changed his diet. if he follows the nutrition plan, he'll lose a lot more weight. you can tell he's gained muscle though.

  • youre a fuckin pie shut up and dont discourage results for people. he did change, maybe you should take the balls off your face and look again

  • looks fatter after 30 days. hope still doing it and actually dieting.

  • Good work man....I hope you finished!!I know you can feel a difference in your body..even though you cant see too much of a difference now if you continued through it you did

  • The reason you don't "See" that much change is because this program is a big muscle building routine. Yes, you do loose some fat, but mostly you gain more muscle. It is meant for people who are already "fit" and want something to get them ripped. If you have a lot of fat on your body you'll still gain a lot of muscle, you just won't be able to see it as well as someone who is lean.

  • its not working because p90x was made for people that have a normal body, that plans supposed to get you ripped.

  • post up that 90 day u owe it to the viewers

  • it might not seem like much, but i bet it feels like much! Not alot of people can actually do what you have done. nice job :)

  • Nice one! Is that a video (P90X) I mean, or a work out machine??

  • video

  • Great work. Looks like I need to give P90X a shot. I am a hardcore gym kinda guy and do a lot of free weights, but i have hit a wall and currently am at 215lbs and 10% bodyfat and am 5'11 but I want to get shredded at 7%.

  • 215lbs at 5'11 but 10% body fat? damn dude...that's pretty good.

  • wow..your back love handle like disappeared...

    congratulations :)

im doing the program too. (heheh..im only on day5)..and loving it :)

  • Nice work brother, been checking this thing out for a couple of days wondering if i should try it...

most of the results were from guys that were already skinny, but after seeing yours i feel like there's hope for me too (im a big guy too) anyhow, thanks for the example very encouraging!

    And by the way,

bigbadmoffo (1 month ago) "If a person can do p90x then i don't understand how they got out of shape" Thats a very narrow minded point of view for a guy posting on a video about weight loss

  • Good work. The fat is being blasted away for sure. It's stubborn, but not impregnable, obviously.

  • awesome result!

  • nice work man

  • p90x will work cause it's insane. If a person can do p90x then i don't understand how they got out of shape. For those who don't know p90x is about as intense as a pro boxers work out. I get a kick out of the infomercial making it seem some what easy.

  • bro what is p90x?

  • It's a hi rep intense weightlifting. Core training, cardio, dieting and consumes half your life. You can download it i think on like limewire or something.

  • it's an excercise from hell , but u will be reward with a body of hercules if u follow the program

  • P90X is pretty intense, but it gets you in shape because you get better at it.

There isn't a set amount of reps or weight that you have to do, just the amount of time between exercises. so you can do the same tape and do like 10 pull ups your first time, and in the coming weeks you'll move up to 30.

  • keep it up!

  • Day 1. Chest&back ab ripper 2. Plyometrics, 3. Shoulder&arms, 4 Yoga, 5. Legs&back, 6 Kenpo X, 7 Rest or X Stretch...Do that for 3 weeks.

  • you look awesome dude...God bless. I just started my first workout 2day. Hope all works well.

  • my wife thinks u look good

  • Thanks, my wife thinks so too.

  • looking good bro...keep up the good work...I'm on day 8th already...I find myself not being able to keep up with them..So i came up with a plan to do as much as i can...as often as i can...Since i'm not able to complete the 25 reps required in the AB ripper X...I just decided to do abs everyday...and believe me...It's really starting to pay off...Even though Tony suggest that you don't do it everyday.

  • i was reading comments im just starting myself my brother gave me the cds and a nutrition book id like to know what order to start off with he started and gave up due to a divorce he lost most of the literature any help would be appreaciated thanks big boy out

  • Sure i will tell you what i'm doing...I'm doing the P90X CLASSIC...Here's the order..

  • dude u should do the 10 min with your wife and do the x on your own. you'd get killer results. keep goin man, your doin good.

  • Thanks for the vote of confidence. Unfortunately I wasn't able to finish the X last time. On January 5th my wife and I are starting 10 Minute Trainer.

  • Keep it up man. The first 30 days is the least spectacular because of your body adjusting, so 11 lbs is fantastic for your first 30 days. Also considering muscle was gained which weighs more than fat. Are you still doing the X? I start Jan 5th.

  • Happy New Year to you too, thanks for stopping by.

  • wow way to be a bitch, he is lossing wieght and i thinks thats what he wants to happen

  • and we all bet your still sitting at your computer with the workout videos collecting dust while this man is actually losing weight....your a real dickhead

  • if you have nothing nice to say dont say anything.

    stupid.

    oops i broke my rule.

  • Good job bro; whatever you do, don't stop! Even with injuries, you can find a way to continue to loose weight and get in shape, I lost over 50 pounds with a severe lower back injury. Watch your calorie count. Good luck and keep up the good work!

  • I have been looking at all of these P90X Transformation and all I see is a bunch of people that look like they are a step or two away from being in shape. I found you vid and was like finally a guy that look around my size. I want to see the next vid and keep it up man.

  • Hey Bregorb,

I do have part 2 posted, unfortunately there was no part 3. I had some back and knee issues and had to stop. I have since completed a round of Slim in 6 and am now on my 2nd round of Slim in 6. I should be posting a video next week of my two week progress with that program.

    All the best,

    Stu

  • nice work!

  • keep going man...

i look like you on day 1..i am wondering how to get around the pull up exercise - as i don't have a pull up bar and i live in an apt..so can't add it

  • I got a pull-up bar from Amazon that required no hardware to use. Just hang it on the door and you're good to go. Search on Healthcare Chin Up Bar and you'll find it.

  • keep it up man and keep on truckin

  • Way to go man! I just subscribed and look forward to seein gyour progress. p90X rocks!

  • Good work, keep it up! I'm starting P90X tomorrow...

  • Good luck, do you have a coach to help keep you motivated....

  • very good by the way do u shave your arms i am one of those few italians who have little hair on their arms do u shave them and if so does the hair grow in thicker hit me back by the way i am not saying u look like chewbacca

  • I think you need to work on the diet. Good Luck.

  • Hey Jabmalassie,

I am working on the diet, thanks. P90X is a whole program. According to people I have been talking to, those are damn good results for 30 days. I know I have a long way to go, but I'm not going to quit.

  • Don't give up. I just want to be honest in my opinion. With your attitude I know you will succeed. Posters like you keep me motivated when I am working out. BRING IT

  • Thank you for your honesty. I thought you were being a smartass. Glad I can be of some help. Keep pushing play!!!

  • keep up the awesome work bro!

  • Great video man. I subscribed and will be joining you on this journey. You look a lot more built in the arms and leaner in the torso after just 30 days. Hoping for similar results here - I'm in week 2!

  • excellent.

    keep pushing play.

  • nice work stu!!! keep up the hard work!! al
