It's better than the Sims. You have more camera control, emotion, you can lip sinc your own voice to the character and even make the character look like you!

how do u make them big? mini city set? and how can u get it in sandbox if it is a mini set

Yeah, the "Actors" are normal size, is the set that's small. The only reason I use sandbox is because it starts you in the 60's so a lot of the features are already there. Keep playing and you will unlock the mini set.
