Of course I can read, that is why I am responding to your comments .You have your own opinion due to working by them which I believe you may have. I speak what know because I have seen it with my own eyes as well where tax have been deducted...If I had one of their pay stub I would post it so you can see it as wel. You can also do your own research and find out on your own.

It's also true some of them can file tax if they are able to get the ITIN # so they can file.

Hate to tell you ---they don't get taxed. Can you read? Did you not read my post were I stated that I worked beside these illegals for years? When I file my taxes at H&R Block every year I never see any Mexicans filing their taxes--how strange. For the Mexicans that do file they are probably legal with a green card. Illegals do not file taxes because their ass is not suppose to be over here in the first fucking place. You do your research, and you speak what you KNOW!!!!!

Believe what you want to believe. I have worked side by side with illegals for many years. They do not pay taxes. Companies can not state whether they will deduct taxes or not. You are supposed to pay taxes it is the law, no company can say oh, we will or we won't deduct taxes because they are undocumented. You can't put that in a legal contract that someone will not pay taxes. You are REQUIRED to pay taxes!!! Illegals don't pay cause they are ILLEGAL!!!!

@Angie01god I believe it because I have worked w/them as well & seen their pay stubs where they have had taxes deducted and by the end of the yr stll can't claim tax refund where this is a gain for the government...like I said, I have heard some companies like "Zacky Farms" don't have their taxes deducted. In reallity don't know how they can actually have a contract stating illegals won't have tax deducted. I agree with you that we all should have the taxes deducted equally (illegal or not).

@Angie01god On NPR the other day there was an interesting discussion about our tax system as a whole. Only 51% of all working, documented, Americans pay taxes. There are so many loopholes and 'credits' that many people are able to avoid taxes all together. Illegals are only part of the problem.

Carnypimp, I worked side by side with illegals in a meat packing plant for 10 years, no they do not pay taxes. I have seen their paychecks with my own eyes. They do in fact pay Social Security. They do not file taxes because they work under a false name and SSN, this one guy, I know personally had three different names. Unions are no good, I was a member of UFCW at Smithfield. We got a 25 cent raise when the Union got voted in. ILLEGALS DO NOT PAY TAXES--- I KNOW FIRST HAND!! I SAW THIER CHECKS.

ou say they don't pay taxes....you are the second person who has said this to me......I have seen ck stubs of illegal in Cali who has gotten taxes, SS and everything else the same as us....this is why I said they don't...Have seen it with my own eyes as well.......Did hear Zacky Farms also have hired illegals and also has a contract which it states they will not deduct taxes from them due to being undocumented.....don't know if it is true...but may be possible

@Angie01god hate to tell you that the majority of them do, if they recieve a paycheck they get taxes taken out maybe not SS but federal taxes and state taxes yes and YES they can and do file taxes the IRS issues them a number called a ITIN so that they can file, difference is they can't get the stimulis or the EIC. Illegals work for the same wage as the average working American yet they pay no taxes because they are ILLEGAL. What they make in a week will take a taxpayer a week and a half to make. The Americans working in factories would have better wages if it wasn't for the illegals because Illegal Aliens are happy with their no taxed paychecks.

@carnypimp Companies like these should not be permitted....they are also committing a crime by going to Mexico and promising these people a job and a future out here in US....then when they feel they are in risk of getting fined...several mths later they turn them in to the immigration having them taken out as criminals from their home...(this is not right either)
