A 13-year-old girl in the departure hall of Japan's International Airport Noriko Calderon forced to make a choice, stay in Japan or join parents deported to the Philippines. Arlan & Sarah Calderon illegally entered Japan on fake passports in 90s The daughter Noriko grew up Japanese never learning a native language.
Japanese immigration authorities arrested her mother in 06.

Her parents fought laws 3 yrs all the way to the High Court & lost, Japan ordered parents to be deported back to the Philippines.Activists claim Japan's immigration laws violate human rights & accuse Japan of not respecting Rights of the Child. These people choose to break our laws & must pay according to current punsishment on books. No Exceptions.
When it came to Noriko the government gave the girl Her Rights, a choice: Her country or her parents.

this speech reminds me of politics pf fear that the neocons launch against America;
you can not confuse illegal immigration with terrorism .
be intellectual enough and address the issue of broken immigration system ,that i happen to agree with you , without scaring fellow americans .

Mr. Cutler is a genius. I met him on August 20th (2007), at the press conference in Newark, NJ. His speech on that day was amazing. Congressman Tancredo spoke out against that sanctuary city on that day.
