How about this. I will teach you how to grow crops so that you can have your own food source. Then i will give you a male and female cow so that you can make millions of babies to eat ok? Then i will grow trees at the tree farm and then cut them down and build you a home. Then i will farm rare abalone for us to eat in billions.

You will take it. The prison guard union is powerful and well funded. It's political arms are much stronger than the teachers union.
Students sorry but whining won't work $ talks. If every student gave 5 dollars and put it in an account for politicians that like educations, something might happen.
