don't worry just keep faith alive and hang in there, i was taking 15mg's a day because i became addicted to klonopin i was poppin these things like candy for abour 3 years and i have to taper off very slowly, my mind is everywhere, i get shakes and twiching, i sweat even in the cold, and it hurts ALOT when i breathe, and i got super super depressed, it was like an itch i couldnt stop when i didnt have these pills, but you can push thru this trust me you can do it. im now down to 1mg, started 15

Im not going to lie to you, Its gonna seem like a miracle pill in the beginning but my advise is to ask your doctor for something else like flexarall, Dont take this pill it can hurt your liver , pancreas and other organs. Its not just about withdrawls, My advise is to do alot of research on it. My brother was prescribed it and when he saw what it did to me he told them to take it back. I have had pancreatitis several times because of this med.
Get tapered off and get off it. The longer you take it, the worse it gets. I never abused it. I took the 5 mg a day my doctor wrote for extreme depression and anxiety for 8 YEARS. Pretty soon, I was on 6 different psych meds all at once and abusing pain pills cuz I felt like hell. I checked into rehab for the pain pills, they cold turkeyed me off the klonopin. I went psychotic for a week. Ended up in the hospital for 2 weeks. Got ringing in my ears for 2 years. Wife left me. Evil shit.
I'm weaning off this devil too. I'm a young and down to 2.5 mgs :( I hope to god you get down off this crap and hang in there. It's possible that's the hope. I also take Klonopin for my Tourettes and anxiety, it helps a lot, I am on 1mg 2x per day and if i don't take it I feel like i am losing my mind also but I also have a lot of OCD and I worry excessively anyway. I wish I didn't have to take anything. I was on Haldol which was much worse for me, I don't even notice the effect of the Klonopin anymore unless i don't take it. How are you doing now?
I dont understand everyone who says benzo withdrawal is so terrible. I have taken the same low dose for years, except in times of increased stress I ask for it to be upped, but I can stop no problem at all.
This is exactly why i fucking hate legal drugs like prescription pills, tobacco and alcohol.... Depending on your medical condition and where you live i'd recommend medical marijuana. It's been proven to treat many medical conditions and there's no withdrawals other than the boredom you have to deal with after you've stopped smoking it for a few days lol.

@mandtconstruct , Hi, my surgery was crazy, While they were doing the gastric bypass my oxygen dropped down to the 40's , so they had to stop in the middle of it to get my oxygen back up but after that I was ok.. I was in the hospital for 3 days and it has been hard because i had to go back in due to ulcers on my scar tissue from the operation and now its really hard to eat. I have now lost a total of 88 lbs though. My computer is on the fritz but I will make a vid asap. Thanks for asking

I too am coming off of Klonopin and wonder if there is an internet support group for the same? I was on 3 mg and in the course of 3 weeks I dropped 1.5mg and then the withdrawal hit me really hard. I haven't dropped any in 4 weeks but to restart the decreasing. Think it would help to have support to get off.
also when i came off i had severe epilepsy symptoms, never before in my life had that, the doc also diagnosed me with bipolar and said i had to be on meds for the rest of my life, today i take nothing at all :o)

you will be ok, just keep the taper nice and slow, i know the withdrawal sucks but u will get through it 100 percent, just ride with the symptoms the best u can and dont try to fight them, they are a sign of ur brain and body reversing the dependancy and healing, always remember that. some doctors are so bad it frightens me, i would put money on it your condition isnt getting worse but you hit a tolerance to the klonopin which causes the very same symptoms, doctors havent got a clue.
