Windows 7 on Asus EEE 701

i have one of those and im trying to intsall windows 7 from usb 4gb when it say install now it says choose a disk dnt work is it because i need more memory it has a 4gb ssd 512 ram

Why do you say ˝´on a original unmodified Asus EEE 701˝ in the description when you did a memory upgrade from 512 to 2048 ??? Wow dude talking about bad ideas for the description... -.-

3rd, how many mb of memory is it needed 4 this os?

1st) Yeah, it lag´s a little bit

2nd) no, only a 90 days trial

3rd) 2 GB DDR2 RAM

It´s only a proof of concept. The EEE 701 has only a 4 GB SSD and that is insufficient for Win7. You need at minimum 8 GB SSD (better 16 GB) to run Windows 7. Less thean 8 GB you must slim it down.

Yust download the Image (EEESe7en.GHO) from the internet (simply ask google for the file EEESe7en.GHO") and restore the Image with a norton ghost version (2003 or later) on your EEE 701.
