rshace You make an excellent point. Music is no different than any other product of human imagination. It is what it is. What a person decides to do with it, and the consequences of that decision is what determines the good or evil. Personally, I view the ability to make music and manipulate people's emotions as a very serious responsibility, not to be taken lightly.Just like a loaded gun, it is an awesome power and should be treated as such. Carelessness has disastrous ripple effects.

The dominant chord of any key has the flat 7th, commonly used in blues but also found in the music of Bach. music with no dissonance is lifeless and boring.

@thepixieful the songs are great but they were used to push the drug culture throughout the 60s. Timothy Leary was set loose at the right time also. Kids in the 60's knew exactly what albums like magical mystery tour and sgt pepper were all about and it familiarized them with accepting something they probably wouldn't have prior. Now look at what the end product has become. The 60's drug culture pushed hedonism and narcissism and now we are seperated and have no family unity. Which was the point
