@marbeque Not really because Troy & Shirley don't have chemistry and are not attracted to one another. Jeff and Annie are. I do agree that they need to stop forcing it though. I'm a fan of their pairing but lately it's not felt as natural as it used to. :)
@LCMac3 Yes obviously they have no chemistry. I was pointing out that since Troy is the same age as Annie and Shirley is the same age as Jeff, the age difference is exactly the same as if Shirley and Troy got together. No one thinks of that.
Troy and Annie went to school together and Shirley bullied Jeff when they were kids.
