Mendidn't really wear jherri curls in DC, even back then that I can remember. Guys from Texas, Arkansas and Oklahoma too sported the "S curls", "Donnie's Super Curl" which was mde in Tulsa, OK! by 1982, i got them to cut that crap and sport some EAST COAST WAVES!! LOL
