Funny, I've got a copy of this track, have done since early 90s, and yet I always come here to 'hear it properly' reading the comments by people who are effected by it the same way. The world is so f***n dark these days, back then it was so full of optimism. For 7.46 mins we go back there.
The bass drop at 1min kicks the track up, takes it away from being just another generic house/piano beat that blighted the dance scene for far too long, imo.
I need to find a club where its cool to be mid to late 30's, slighlty podgy and balding where I can feel the love until 8 in the morning, then have a spliff and a brew!!
Fuck you clubs of today where I'm old enough to be a dad to most of the people in there!!
This track was pretty much solely responsible for my descent into a rave "career" of at least six years which very nearly killed me several times. I hold no grudges, for it was (and is) the definitive rave track for this planet. Pure, untouchable perfection.
I try to give today's beat the benefit of the doubt, but yesteryears beats had something (emotion - I don't know) that set them apart. Anyhow that's my take
impossible to find if you don't have a name until now...

Original is def best version Takes me back to when I was in BIG LOVE with someone very special & together we'd dance our tits off at BOLTS Bournemouth. BTW I was a mere 35 years old at the time & had more staying power on the dancefloor than most teens too. E who me? well that'd be telling lol
This track takes me way way back, 1992; I was 18 years and thought that House music was the best thing to happen since sliced bread. Like if you agree (and were at the illegal raves byFantasia @ Roller Express)
God, I love this tune. And as some have mentioned WITHOUT the terrible vocal. This tune doesn't need any additions and is perfect as it is. It still makes me feel all fluffy on the inside! I think a part of this tune's magic is the brilliant delay that they put on the piano and bass. it gives this twinkly vibe. not sure I'm explaining that at all well lol. anyway, hello to all the oldskool crew. to the nuskool; good on you for looking in; try to bring back the essence of these amazing days!
@picklesdan - definitely not alone! there are lots of us. we're all a little older, fatter and *ahem* wiser(?!) than we were back in the late 80s/early 90s but no matter happens we can always look back at these times with a big fat smile on our faces. for me it's such mixed feelings when I look back; bitter sweet, you know what I mean? big love to the oldskool heads out there!! xxx

@JonasJudah Because the tunes were new & fresh & different and they reached deep down somewhere inside you. You either feel it or you dont.
