life is all about choices, and unfortunately many are not choosing Christ. Persecution is in vogue once again, so stand tall, this life is temporary, as all will find out; then those that have their names written in the book of life shall continue living, the others will be cast out to the second death. How is the church going to fall apart. I'm Christian. A lot of my friends are Christian. If god made all that is seen. And unseen. Why would he not make other life across the huuuuge universe. Only simple minded Christians will be crushed....

Catholics are people, and people, believe it or not SIN, so saying that "Catholics go against the Bible" is very very narrow as everyone goes against the Bible, which is a book composed of a "selection" of materials as determined by the early Church fathers, so generalizing your claim to a certain demographic is rather hypocritical. So the bases of of the nephilim comes from the fact they were spoke of in the bible, and other books that coresponded with the bible, yet we are to open up our minds to the fact that the bible may be a lie? People do not like the bible because they say it was written by men to control and influence men, right? Yet, we live by laws everyday that were written by men! We go out of our ways to be the one in control of others on the basis that we can't rule ourselves!So it seems the pessimistic view is which lie do i want to be true?
Be careful. Propaganda. The old testament was an ancient oral tradition before being committed to writing. If we were genetic manipulations of ancient aliens, why try so hard to cover evidence that supports the bible. For instance giant humanlike skeletons that can be carbon dated. The age limit for carbon dating artifacts (10000 yrs).
I am a Christian & personally, I wouldn't fall apart at all if there was proof of Terrestrial beings as I know that there are fallen angels that have the ability to manifest themselves in many different forms. I think this knowledge would freak the ones that only believe in themselves a lot more. At least I know their origins.
@wayinoutreach what do you think of 'the lost book of enki' and how it has the same "stories" as the bible only different names and wrote hundreds of years earlier ?
@bondsan The Bible was written over a period of approx. 1500 years & God inspired/breathed it all. These others were written by mortals. As for the dating of the other tablets, I would have to question the method of dating & the motive behind such datings. The Book of Enoch tells a similar account to that of the book of Enki. There are many cultures from all around the world that make reference to "the great flood" in their records. Very interesting stuff!! Jesus Saves!!
