It's disgusting voice and intonation that are incomparable with original. Just like most of Russian voiceover.

@lurkbbs Actually, this cartoon was the first anime shown in USSR, and the translation was pretty amazing (well, maybe not this short part=))).
It had a lot - and I mean A LOT - of most famous soviet actors, and it was done very similar to the original text.
