@jacks09000 It is called Contact Juggling and there are tons of sites that have free demonstrations of the moves and how to's. a good cheep ball to start with is a billiard or pool ball, its close to the same weight and size of the normal sized ball but you can find all sorts of balls on the net if you want one specificly made for this.
