Yeah, I'm gonna have to go w/ Galactus on this one. Mephisto reigns supreme in his territory and Galactus still held his own with him. Outside of Mephisto's territory it would be no problem for Galactus.

@supergalactus1 Galactus, if he had devoured Mephistos Realm that would have effectively depowered Mephisto and made it an easy job for Galactus to dispatch him. Also to note it wasn't just a threat, he was actually doing it. Mephisto called it quits and gave Galactus what he wanted and Galactus left.

I have this comic,it's a graphic novel type comic. Galactus was hungry & Nova his herald had fallen madly in love with him,plus Mephisto made Nova's emotions even more. The Silver Surfer tried to free Nova from Mephisto netherworld but fell under Mephisto's might also. Nova sent a signal 2 GHalactus,he traced her to Mephisto's home,they faught @ a standstill until Galactus began absorbing.

Fully power galactus (Who at that point could destroy the universe 10x over as stated by the watcher) isent much of ANYTHING compared to The Living Tribunal who is 2nd the One Above ALL who is GOD.

Galactus ravages the abject Mephisto easily. The only way I would see Mephisto winning is Galactus not being fed for a while, and he's in Mephisto's realmn where Mephisto's can augment his size, and just about anything else to his advantage.
