@greenpalaka ...No they weren't. The 60 and 70's models were the best and some in the 40's. Better figures, shorter waist lines, longer legs. These models today are gross, pale, on drugs, too tall and only a few are beautiful. I worked for a well known designer before he died, he is probably rolling in his grave and if he was alive he would not allow these models on his runway. The fashion industry has failed. These new designers are unrealistic and not that good. Too eccentric and faddy.

Actually this season lots of girls came from the Netherlands , Germany and Scandinavia , but yeah the amount of Russian models is still very high. I think the reason for that is , that in Russia they scout even in small towns , while in most other parts of Europe they only scout in the cities in which the agencies are placed (often just the capital). And dont forget that Russia has 150 Million inhabitants... but nonetheless its impressive how many great models they have.
